Automated Iroko Hardwood Gates

Challenges
The gates were quite a distance from any power supply, so we needed to ensure that the access control system we installed was adequate. The gates were being hung upon 2 new brick piers, so we had to liaise with the bricklayer to ensure steels were installed correctly in the centre of the piers for the hinges for the gates to be attached.

Solution
Upon a meticulous site evaluation, Richard from Heritage Fencing & Gates identified the specific needs and preferences of Dave and his wife, aligning with their desire for longevity and reliability. A system was proposed that met all of their needs.
- Underground Motors: FAAC S800 CBAC 24v, ensuring a discreet look while offering robust operation.
- Photocells: Incorporating two photocells enhanced the system's safety by preventing the gates from closing if an obstacle was detected.
- Control Panel: A state-of-the-art control panel was put in place to manage the gate's functions efficiently.
- Touch Monitor: An AES MON_11 Touch monitor was installed in the property, ensuring Dave and his wife could see exactly who was at their gates, rather than just using an intercom.
- Cabling and Isolation: Cabling was run from the property, over quite a distance to the Entrance gates.

Benefits
- Seamless Integration: The new system was flawlessly fitted onto the new brick piers.
- Enhanced Security: With the new installation, Dave felt a renewed sense of security, knowing their property was well-guarded by a reliable gate system.
- Customer Satisfaction: The clients expressed great satisfaction with the installation process and the outcome, praising the bespoke service and attention to detail.
